Boat Rental Cancellation Policies:

1. Advance Booking Requirement:
   • Ensure bookings are made a minimum of 3 DAYS in advance.
2. Cancellation/Rebooking Window:
   • For a full refund, cancellations or rebooks must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled booking.
3. Late Changes and No-Shows:
   • Day-of cancellations, no-calls, no-shows, and late pick-ups (up to two hours) lead to a complete loss of ride funds.
4. Rebooking on the Day of Rental:
   • Rebooking on the day of rental is not permitted unless discussed with the outfitter.
5. Weather Dependency:
   • Boating is entirely weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reject a rental if the waters are deemed unsafe. Renters receive a full refund in such cases.
6. Post-Rebooking Policy:
   • Following a rebooking, cancellation of your reservation is not allowed.

• Boat Rental FAQs: Your Complete Guide
  1. Security Hold:
     • A $1,500 security hold is REQUIRED at the time and date of rental per machine. The hold is released after a full assessment, which may take up to 7 days if damages are present. Cards can be split into two cards or separate riders.
  2. Machine Inspection:
     • Upon return, each machine undergoes a meticulous inspection, including a test drive and deep cleaning before assessing or charging for damages. We highly recommend customers photograph the machine before and after use.
  3. Responsibility for Damages:
     • The individual placing the security hold (name on the credit card/responsible for cash) is 100% responsible for any damages to the machines.
  4. Legal Consequences:
     • Riders assume responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from their actions.
  5. No Trailering:
     • Machines CANNOT be trailered.
  6. Pet-Friendly Rentals:
     • Pets are allowed on our boats. Renters are responsible for ensuring pet safety and covering any damages.
  7. Overnight/Multi-Day Rentals:
     • Renters are on their own after 6 p.m. with overnight/multi-day rentals. Such rentals must have private docking access and be discussed with the outfitter.
  8. Late Arrival/Early Return:
     • If you’re late to your booking/check-out, we do not extend your ride time. Early returns are non-refundable.
  9. Late Return/Check-In Fee:
     • Late returns/check-ins incur a per-machine late fee.
  10. Weather Dependency:
      • Boating is 100% weather-dependent. We reserve the right to refuse rentals if waters are deemed unsafe. Renters receive a full refund if the outfitter deems the waters unsafe.
  11. Arrival Time:
      • Plan ahead! Arrive 30-45 minutes before your rental start time to ensure a smooth experience. 🌞🚤🌊

   • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and Boater’s Safety Certificate to rent and operate.
2. Check-In Protocol:
   • All passengers/riders must be present at check-in without exceptions.
3. Safety First for Kids:
   • Kids must wear life jackets at all times on the boat. It’s a requirement for their safety.
4. Zero Tolerance for Impairment:
   • Absolutely NO DRINKING AND DRIVING allowed.
