On the trails, if you pass other ORVs you will hold up however many fingers of however many riders are behind youΒ to indicate whether or not it is safe to continue on the trail.
Example: Holding up the #1 means there is 1 other rider behind you. #2 means two more riders. The last rider of the group will hold a closed fist up for other riders to know that is the end of your group. DRIVER ONLY uses these signals.
Turning right is a 90-degree angle of your left arm and a left turn is an extended left arm. Donβt worry! We will explain when you arrive.

- Remember that designated trails are open to other users. Be courteous to other riders, horses and hikers on the trail. β Full sized vehicles, quads, dirt bikes, sand rails & more all share the trails.

- Slow down when someone is passing you.
- If you stop to talk to others on the trail, be polite and remove your helmet. A helmet masks your features and can be intimidating.
- Be safe and considerate when you stop along the trail. Never stop side-by-side, in the middle of the trail, at the crest of a hill, or around a corner on the trail. Also, never block an intersection. Remember to shut off your engine.
- Leave gates as you find them, stay off private property.
- Report downed trees and trail maintenance needs to land managers.
- Carry out what you carry in. βΒ We often give discounts for trail trash!
