3. Sun Protection: Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat to shield yourself from the sun’s rays during the tour.
4. Water and Snacks: Stay hydrated by bringing along plenty of water. Pack some light snacks to keep your energy levels up during the adventure.
5. Camera or Smartphone: Capture memorable moments along the journey with a camera or smartphone to snap photos of the stunning scenery and exciting experiences. You may get wet and dirty! Charging ports are available in machine.

Cancellation Policy for Guided Off-Road Tours:
We understand that plans may change, but to ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.
– Guests may request to rebook their tour, but once rebooked, cancellations are not permitted.
– No shows or late arrivals resulting in a failure to check-in at the designated time will result in the loss of ride fees.
– Please note that our shuttle promptly departs at the selected time. In the event of a no-show, we may be able to reschedule for a different time on the same day, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability and any rescheduling is dependent on rental availability. -

FAQs for Off-Road Guided Tour Rentals:
1. Security Holds: We do not require security holds at Indian River. However, a valid CREDIT CARD must be on file, along with a signed waiver. Riders assume responsibility for damages or reckless riding, with additional charges added if necessary.
2. Group Rides: Group rides consist of 4 machines, each carrying up to 4 people per machine behind one guide.
3. Rental Guidelines:
– Renters are required to stay behind the group during the tour.
– Late check-ins on the day of rental may result in the loss of ride fees.4. Check-In Process:
– Check-in is at the Hometown Inn, and customers are shuttled to the trail to begin their ride.
– Riders must allow ample time for the shuttle process, waiver check-in, and shuttle return.5. Tour Duration: The route lasts two hours. We recommend arriving at least 30-40 minutes early, especially for large groups.
6. Group Dynamics: There is potential to be in a group ride with other riders! This shared experience fosters memorable moments and the opportunity to make new friends!

3. No Additional Fees: There are no cleaning or gas fees for renters, providing a hassle-free rental experience.
4. Peace of Mind Insurance: RZR RIPN’ RENTALS offers peace of mind with no security holds required in the Indian River location. However, riders must purchase a $40 insurance policy (included in check out) that covers damages exceeding $1500. Riders assume responsibility for damages up to $1500(if any).
5. Safety and Responsibility: Riders are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and assume responsibility for their actions during the rental period.
