1. Advance Booking Requirement:
   • Bookings must be made a minimum of 3 DAYS in advance.
2. Cancellation/Rebooking Window:
   • Cancellations or rebookings must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled booking for a full refund.
3. Late Changes and No-Shows:
   • Day-of cancellations, no-calls, no-shows, and late pick-ups (up to two hours) will result in a full loss of ride funds.
4. Rebooking on the Day of Rental:
   • Rebooking on the day of rental is not allowed unless discussed with the outfitter.
5. Weather Dependency:
   • Boating is 100% weather-dependent, and we reserve the right to refuse a rental if the waters are deemed unsafe. Renters will receive a full refund if the outfitter deems the water conditions unsafe. 🌊💼

• FAQs: Your Ultimate Guide

  1. Security Hold:

  • A $1,500 security hold is REQUIRED at the rental date, per machine. The hold is released post-assessment, which may take up to 7 days if there are damages. Cards can be split between riders.

  2. Machine Inspection:

  • Upon return, each machine undergoes a thorough examination, test drive, and deep cleaning. We recommend customers photograph the machine before and after use.

  3. Damages Responsibility:

  • The individual placing the security hold (name on the credit card or responsible for cash) is 100% accountable for any machine damage.

  4. Legal Consequences:

  • Riders bear responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from their actions.

  6. No Pets Allowed:

  • Regrettably, pets are NOT allowed on the adventure.

  7. Rental After 6 p.m.:

  • Renters are self-sufficient after 6 p.m. during overnight/multi-day rentals. Such rentals require private docking access and prior discussion with an outfitter.

  8. Late Arrival/Early Return:

  • If you’re late to your booking/check-out, we do not extend your ride time. Early returns are non-refundable.

  9. Late Return/Check-In:

  • Late returns/check-ins incur a per-machine late fee.

   • To rent and operate, individuals must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and Boater’s Safety Certificate (under 45 years of age.)
2. Check-In Protocol:
   • All passengers/riders must be present at check-in without exceptions.
3. Safety First:
   • Life Jackets are mandatory for everyone at all times.
4. Zero Tolerance for Impairment:
   • Absolutely NO DRINKING AND DRIVING allowed.
