To ensure your comfort, safety, and enjoyment, bring the following:

• Appropriate Clothing: Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes that can get dirty. Dress in layers for changing temperatures.
•  Footwear: Closed-toe shoes or boots.
• Sun Protection: Sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray.
• Water and Snacks: Stay hydrated with plenty of water and bring light snacks.
• Camera or Smartphone: Capture memorable moments. Be aware that you might get wet and dirty. Charging ports are available.
• Respect for Nature: Follow the staff’s instructions to minimize environmental impact.
• Positive Attitude: Be open to new experiences and enjoy the adventure.

Cancellation Policy for Guided Off-Road Tours:

We understand that plans may change, but to ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations and Rebooks must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time to receive a full refund.
•  No shows or late arrivals resulting in a failure to check-in at the designated time will result in the loss of ride fees.
• Please note in the event of a no-show, we may be able to reschedule for a different time on the same day, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee availability and any rescheduling is dependent on rental availability.

FAQs for Off-Road Rentals:

• Security Holds (GUIDED TOURS): We do not require security holds at Indian River for GUIDED TOURS. However, a valid CREDIT CARD must be on file, along with a signed waiver. Riders assume responsibility for damages or reckless riding, with additional charges added if necessary.
• Security Holds (SELF-GUIDED TOURS): A valid $1500 credit card hold is required at the time/date of rental. Riders assume all responsibility for any damages, loss of rental and labor, if they may occur on ride.
• Self-Guided Rental Guidelines:
  • 4 riders per machine
  • Riders are responsible for themselves and must adhere to all local ordinances & laws.
•  Guided Rental Guidelines:
  • Group rides consist of 4 machines, each carrying up to 4 people per machine behind one guide.
  • Renters are required to stay behind the group during the tour.
• We recommend arriving at least 30-40 minutes early, especially for large groups.

1. Exclusive Guided Tours: Enjoy a two-hour guided tour through the scenic trails of Indian River, offering an exclusive off-road adventure experience.

2. Trail Conditions: Please note that the trails are groomed on a volunteer basis by the local community. RZR RIPN’ RENTALS is not responsible for the conditions of the trails.

3. No Additional Fees: There are no cleaning or gas fees for renters in guided tours – providing a hassle-free rental experience.

• Self-guided tours a $1,500 on a valid credit card and refill of tank upon return. No cleaning fee!

4. Peace of Mind Insurance: Riders must purchase a $40 insurance policy (included in check out) that covers damages exceeding $1500. Riders assume responsibility for damages up to $1500(if any).

5. Safety and Responsibility: Riders are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and assume responsibility for their actions during the rental period.

   • RZRs cannot be trailered; they must be driven off and back on the property during check-in and check-out.
4. Safety Gear:
   • Helmets and seatbelts are mandatory for all riders.
   • Additional charges will be applied for any riders not wearing proper safety gear.
5. Zero Tolerance for Impairment:
   • Strictly no drinking and driving allowed.
6. Weather and Rescheduling:
   • Trail riding is not weather-permitting.
   • If you’re uncomfortable with the weather, you can reschedule your ride.
   • Note that cancellations are not allowed after rescheduling, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related concerns.
